The 2025 Honda CRF450R has arrived — redesigned, refined, and ready to dominate.

Even Hunter Lawrence was so impressed by the new machine’s performance that he chose to race it in the final three rounds of the AMA Pro Motocross Championship.

This latest generation CRF450R features a completely new chassis, airbox, and ECU configuration, offering enhanced handling and throttle response.

Working closely with Team Honda HRC, our Yoshimura engineering team has fine-tuned the new RS-12 Signature Series full system to extract every ounce of performance from this updated powerhouse.

With the RS-12 system, we achieved:

• +3.7% maximum horsepower gain over stock

• +1.3% maximum torque gain

Hydroformed Muffler
A new-generation RS-12 profile featuring weight-reducing hydroformed technology — maximizing internal space for optimal fit while minimizing material use. This process creates a stronger, lighter muffler and includes a deep-drawn, one-piece resonator for improved durability.

Hydroformed Header Primary
Precisely matched to the oval exhaust port for seamless flow from oval to round, enhancing performance and durability while reducing welded joints.

Carbon-Faced Machined Joint
Our innovative carbon-infused stainless steel joint eliminates the need for anti-seize compounds. This design reduces wear and friction, increasing the joint’s longevity.

Header Resonator
Developed with Honda HRC, the header resonator not only adds visual appeal but also optimizes power delivery across the RPM range and improves rider connection with the throttle.

Cast Manifold
Offers superior strength, durability, and makes installation and removal easier than ever.

INS-32-K Sound Insert
Pre-installed for a refined exhaust tone while maintaining maximum performance for the new Honda engine.
