In our relentless pursuit of performance perfection, Yoshimura proudly introduces the latest RS-12 stainless steel system for the Honda CRF450R/RX.

Developed in collaboration with HRC Honda Racing and world-class riders such as Tim Gajser, Chase Sexton, and Jett Lawrence, this system is as close as it gets to what the pros use to dominate the track. By expanding the RS-12 muffler resonator by 50cc and adding a second header resonator, our engineers have extracted incredible, usable power gains.

Why a New System?

With the latest CRF450 engine configuration, our engineers designed an all-new system to maximize efficiency and reliability. The one-piece stainless steel cast manifold now integrates a bolt flange surface 3x stronger than conventional designs.
