The latest CRF250R introduces a redesigned airbox and ECU configuration, giving our engineers at Yoshimura — in collaboration with Team Honda HRC Progressive — the perfect foundation to push performance even further.

With the new RS-12 Signature Series Titanium Full System, we achieved impressive results:

• +8.0% maximum horsepower gain over stock

• +9.0% maximum torque gain

Hydroformed Muffler
This next-generation RS-12 profile features lightweight hydroformed technology, maximizing internal space for a perfect fit while minimizing material use. Hydroforming removes many limitations of traditional metal forming, resulting in a stronger, lighter muffler. The new sleeve also integrates a deep-drawn, one-piece resonator, enhancing durability and performance consistency.

Header Resonator
Developed in partnership with Team Honda HRC Progressive, this precision-engineered resonator not only enhances aesthetics but also optimizes power delivery throughout the RPM range and improves throttle response and rider connection.

INS-31-K Sound Insert
Pre-installed to deliver a refined, race-inspired exhaust tone while maintaining the best possible power output for the new CRF250R.
