Motorcycle Compatibility

The CG OBD Module is designed based on a motorcycle’s OBD protocol and connector type, not on specific models.

Because OBD interfaces and protocols vary widely across brands and model years—and are often inconsistent—it’s not practical to guarantee universal compatibility for every motorcycle.

1. Direct Compatibility

If your motorcycle uses the ISO 15765-4 CAN (Controller Area Network) OBD protocol and has a Euro 5 (6-pin) OBD connector, the CG OBD Module will work directly without an adapter.
Simply plug it in and you’re ready to go.

2. Supported Brands & Models

If your motorcycle is not listed below, compatibility cannot be guaranteed.
Purchasing for unsupported models is at your own discretion, as incompatibility may occur.

Compatible models (verify production year before purchase):

• 2019 onwards: Suzuki, Harley-Davidson, Triumph, CF Moto, KTM, Ducati, Indian, Husqvarna, Aprilia
(Excludes joint-venture brands such as Indian Suzuki)

• 2022 onwards: Benelli

• 2024 onwards: Kawasaki, Yamaha, Honda Wing, Honda DreamWing
(Excludes joint-venture brands such as Sundiro Honda and Wuyang Honda)

3. Other Connector Types

If your motorcycle uses the ISO 15765-4 CAN protocol but has a different OBD connector, the CG OBD Module can still be used with a suitable adapter.
Please confirm the connector type with our customer service team before purchasing.

Important Notes

• Data Availability Varies by Model
The type and amount of engine data available depend on the motorcycle brand and model. Data access is determined by the manufacturer and is not a product defect.

• Data Transmission Speed
For motorcycles using the ISO 9141 K-line protocol, the CG OBD Module is not recommended due to high data latency.

• Compatibility Requirements
Please confirm that your motorcycle has an OBD port compatible with the CG OBD Module. If necessary, purchase the appropriate diagnostic-to-OBD adapter cable.

• BMW Motorcycles
BMW motorcycles do not support the CG OBD Module. For optimal performance, we recommend using the CGRC LIN module instead.

Installation Instructions

1. Locate your motorcycle’s OBD port (usually near the battery).
2. Connect the CG OBD Module to the included cable.
3. Plug the module directly into the motorcycle’s OBD port.
4. Secure the module in a stable position using the adhesive.

5. Installation is complete.

How to Pair Your CG OBD Module

System Pairing

1. On your device, go to System Settings > Features > OBD

2. Tap “Start Pairing”

Successful Pairing

3. Return to the Home Page and open Meter

4. Tap “OBD” in the bottom-left corner to enter the OBD dashboard interface
