Akrapovic E-B13E1 Titanium Header for BMW R1300GS / Adventure (2023-2025)

Designed to complete a full exhaust system when paired with the Akrapovič Slip-On Line (Titanium), this optional header is crafted from premium titanium and includes a carbon-fibre heatshield. Built exclusively for closed-course competition use, it delivers increased performance and significant weight savings. Larger-diameter tubing and the removal of the catalytic converter improve exhaust flow, while the integrated pre-muffler produces a deep, distinctive racing tone from the boxer engine.

This upgrade achieves a remarkable 54.84% weight reduction (3.4 kg) compared to the stock header. When combined with the Slip-On Line (Titanium), it delivers gains of 3.1 kW (4.2 hp) at 7,800 rpm and 5.9 Nm of torque at 3,000 rpm, based on Akrapovič dyno testing against a standard BMW R 1300 GS. Installation is plug-and-play, though ECU remapping is required.

The optional header is also compatible with the OEM Akrapovič silencer supplied by BMW Motorrad. However, once installed, the Slip-On Line (Titanium) no longer maintains its ECE approval.

For Euro 5+ models with two lambda sensors, fitting this header will trigger the engine check light due to changes in catalytic converter parameters.
